Located in Llano, Apple Valley Orchard grows apples, berries, and much more on its 32 acres. There are over 500 apple trees at Apple Valley and plenty of all the best varieties. These include Gala, Fuji, Pink Lady, Mollies Delicious, Red Delicious, Granny Smith, Crispin, Jonagold and Candy Crisp. They also have blackberries, peaches, persimmons, figs and plums, but on a much smaller scale. You can also purchase honey, ice cream, homemade jams, essential oils, apple cider, and a variety of other items at their storefront. You will think that there is "nothing like getting some homemade apple cider straight from the Texas Hill Country". The orchard also has the boyhood farm home of Frank Hamer, legendary Texas Ranger responsible for tracking down Bonnie and Clyde.
