Review of Astral Brewing by TexasRealFood

Astral Brewing just opened in March 2019 and the reviews after just six months of operation blow the competition away. Or you might even say out of the galaxy. Co-founders Jose Ceja and Alex McDonald seem to have a winner on their hands, with these kinds of reviews:


  • “Overall this is a perfect Kolsch. I struggle with rating beers a solid 5.0 because that means there’s nothing they can do to improve it. The brewery is also very dog-friendly and currently offers “$2 off selected beers during televised local favorite football games”.
