Looking for practices that can improve is what En Solucion is trying to design: a new approach to food safety. Post-harvest chlorine wash? Why not use nanotechnology instead? Sounds very futuristic, right? But it is being studied by En Solucion right now, along with other new ideas in cleaning and sanitizing that can improve food safety. Today's food safety standard makes sure we eat clean food. But if there are more ways to make our food cleaner and safer, isn't it worth exploring? En Solucion thinks so.
