They have “Country White,” a naturally-leavened sourdough that is made with Texas-grown grains and the “Bakehat Focaccia” that is made with Barton Springs Mill Yecora Rojo and Oberkulmer Spelt, milled fresh in the kitchen. It’s salty, herby, and full of olive oil. This is naturally leavened and may have a bit of tartness. Bakehat takes pre-orders every month.
