They offer the best “USDA choice grade beef, some of the highest quality pork, and Grade A Texas chickens.” They cut the meat fresh every morning and make sure it never comes in frozen. Their ground beef is made fresh daily with absolutely no additives or fillers you can bet its 100% beef. They also offer a “large variety of smoked and raw sausages” that are all made in house. They cut and smoke their own jerky, and even bake fresh french bread every morning.
