The founders hope that when you drink their beer, you’ll feel good about it. That, for its founders, is the essence of a good beer. They also believe in sustainability and going local, which is why they source their ingredients from as many local sources as they can. And – they’ve kept it simple and local, too. Just beer and no food – they have local food trucks on rotation if you’re hungry.
You might wonder why they named their brewery and taproom Bearded Fox. It’s because the owners all have beards, and their wives they say, are foxes. Whether one believes that part or not doesn’t matter. They have been open since 2017 and they simply have great beer including four core beers and several on rotation.
