He acquired a 2.5-acre lot in south Kingwood, once home to an organic farm, complete with a greenhouse, sheds, garden beds, trees, and a vibrant fence. This grassroots agricultural center is a work in progress, focused on promoting healthy eating within the community.
Sutton envisions locals participating in a community garden, renting garden spaces on the lot, and hosting community events. He also aspires to see the community buying and selling the freshest produce at the farmer's market, even if it started with just a few vendors.
