Review of Bill’s Meat Market by TexasRealFood

In 2012 Bill’s Meat Market was purchased by “two local ranchers” who love jerky and all other smoked meat. Today, they are well known around East Texas for meat processing that specialize in hand cutting a “complete range of beef, pork, and a variety of other meats.” Bill’s meat market is also accompanied by a butcher shop where the locals come to purchase their custom cut steaks, pork chops, and other fine meats by the butchers on staff. Not only do they have fresh local meat selections, they also have a lot of “frozen items like catfish and hush puppies.” Bill’s Meat Market also features its own “custom smoked sausages” that are smoked in our state of the art smokehouse.
