They carry a variety of unique items including “Fresh Quail Eggs, Elk meat, Buffalo Meat, Frog Legs, Ham Steak and many assortments of K-Bobs.” Bob Starks Beef Shop have kept the same recipe formulas and quality of their meat products throughout all their years in business. They only sell “Choice Northern Beef and Pork” that is sent from Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and occasionally from Canada. They have the most delicious Pork Cuts in town and their Chicken Cuts are the best in the Rio Grande Valley when it comes to quality.
