Meet Ben McConnell, the steward of Bouldin Food Forest, where organic and permaculture methods thrive. On his 150-acre land, Ben cultivates a variety of greens, herbs, vegetables, and fruits. Since founding the farm in 2015, it has been a pioneer of organic practices in central Texas.
Currently offering lettuce, strawberries, eggplants, and more, our vision is to become the largest permaculture farm in Texas.
