Cake & Bacon is a small wholesale bakehouse and butchery commissary in Houston, Texas. It delivers no-less-than-perfect breads, pastries, pies, Viennoiserie, charcuterie, sausage, and pasture-raised products from their facility in Houston to restaurants and retailers throughout the city, including cafés and farmers markets. All their products are fresh, made from scratch with soul, and made through generations of artful and patient instructions. They've got such "amazing pastries, flaky croissants, and danishes." And, speaking of danishes, "the savory spinach and cheese danish" will most likely be your "new food obsession" so make sure you try that one. The "sourdough bread was amazing" too! And that "Bourbon pecan pie?" So delish! Clearly, none of their products shouldn't be missed!
