Moreover, they use them in their jams, sauces, and famous cider. The owner, Cliff Caskey, is a retired horticulturist and offers agricultural consultations. To allow only the freshest and excellent products to the San Marcos community, Caskey Orchards has refused commercial marketing to achieve their perfect ripened peaches.
