Judging by the farm's growing customer base who are very loyal and supportive to this small family farm in North East Texas, I'd say the eggs must be fresh and great. It is easy to lose customers who end up with bad egg(s) or poor-quality eggs and refuse to buy from a farm again. That hasn't been a concern for Cedar Ridge Egg Farm.
