Great tasting cheese comes from happy goats, which is why their goats are mainly grass fed with addition to their choice of fresh hay and sweetened grain. They make cheese 3-4 times a week and pack fresh cheese daily to ensure optimal flavor. All of them are made with organic vegetable rennet so they are vegetarian friendly and they also use “organic ingredients” whenever possible to enhance and compliment the flavor of our delicate cheeses.
