Combs’ Coffee is a nano-roaster, specialty tea and coffee importer, coffee grower and “licensed CQI/SCAA Arabica Q-Grader”, cafe, and chocolate maker. Everything here is run by a 17-panel, 5.7kW solar system from the aquaponics that grows the coffee, to the electric cars they uses to make deliveries. Comb’s Coffee provide customers with the “freshest, single origin coffee, cacao and tea” while consciously minimizing our environmental impact. They also carry craft beer and fine wine, as they parallel the other operations. They source and roast their own specialty-grade coffee and cacao at the roastery and cafe in Corinth, using one of the only solar powered, small-batch coffee and cacao roasters in the world.
