KFire Winery and Vineyard is a "hidden gem in the middle of the countryside where you can enjoy good wine and the company of locals". "A quaint winery" which is "located just north of Liberty Hill in Bertram off 183N and County Road 212". The owner is a "retired fireman, and you will find touches of former fire fighting equipment and artifacts throughout the tasting room". If "you enjoy firefighter items and good wine then you need to find your way to them". Their "Cadet" has a "very original flavor for a blush wine". Their "Ladder 19" is also "excellent", "bold and flavorful". Make sure to "bring your FD patch" so you can "trade it in for a free glass of wine". Torr Na Lochs Vineyard and Winery is a "family-owned and operated winery", "it's an absolute must-visit if you're" in the Highland Lakes area of the Texas Hill Country.
