Established in 2014, the Odessa, Texas Farmers Market is a seasonal open-air market located at the campus of the Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas. There's usually live music at the market as well as health screenings, community education and fitness activities sponsored by the hospital. Of course there's going to be meats from local ranches, the freshest seasonal produce from local farmers, artisan baked goods, jam, jellies, and even local honey! It's a health and wellness destination all in one!

The Parks Legado Farmers Market started in 2017. Since then, they are providing a space for interaction between West Texas farmers, bakers, artisans, and consumers. Also, "this is a large farmer's market that meets once a month in the Parks Legado Town Center Plaza from June to September".
