Their meat is butchered and handled by Sebastien, himself. Facebook reviews from customers generally say their meat quality is impeccable, fresh, and consistent. On weekends, you can catch them at Downtown Austin, Cedar Park, Sunset Valley, and Hope (East Austin) Markets.
