As a farmers cooperative, they are working together to provide Central Texans with “greater access to an abundant amount of diverse, local, and fresh foods.” The Central Texas Farmers Coop currently operates a multi-farm Community Supported Agriculture program in the Spring and Fall in San Marcos, TX.
