Started as a small canning business in Mesquite, Texas, Designs By Diana practice old fashioned canning methods, the way her grandmother taught her. She produces products like Relishes, Pickles, Peppers, Spaghetti Sauce, Salsas, Pickled Vegetables, Jellies, Jams, Butters, Preserves and more, depending on seasonal availability and sells them at a farmers market. All of her products are hand chopped, hand stirred, hand packed and made fresh, using “no preservatives”. She used to grow her own vegetables but it became too much to grow and do the canning at the same time. So she gave up the growing, and started buying from local farmers. 70% of the raw ingredients she uses come from farms in Dallas.
