Italian made in Texas, Dolce Neve is driven by the owner’s passion and love for the art of gelato. Their business name means “sweet snow”. This pertains to their gelato being as natural as snow and, of course, the fact that the first-ever gelato is made of snow mixed with honey and fruit juices. 

This award-winning, family-owned shop serves about 12 to 18 gelato and sorbet flavors that are classified into:  staples, rotating flavors, and seasonal flavors. Since their shop opened, they have created 300+ different flavors inspired by Italian traditions, from the ingredients they find at local farmers markets, all the fantastic desserts in Austin, and food that they’ve eaten around the world!
