While they have roughly about twelve to eighteen ice cream and sorbet flavors to choose from, most of them are rotating and seasonal ones. So really, they've already crafted hundreds and hundreds of gelatos since they opened in the year 2014. And the best part is, all of them are made with premium ingredients and in small batches.
Dolce Neve itself already won several awards. In fact, one of the owners has trained at a prestigious gelato university and shop in Italy while joining several gelato competitions alongside. Thus, this whole experience, including the Italian traditions, cultures, and local ingredients brought the inspiration to Dolce Neve.
