They have a multi-greenhouse complex, committed to the concept of growing organically close to home. They also grow their own soil through a composting and vermiculture process. The owners believe in Will Allen's Growing Power concept. This concept makes them a part of ''the Good Food Revolution that changes how we grow, distributes and eats food so that the process is healthier for the people and the planet". Their two-acre farm consists of 4 hoop houses with one aquaculture system.
