El Monumento boasts an architecture design and extensive menu curated from Mexican traditions. The 7,700-square-foot grounds of the restaurant showcases expansive dining areas, an open kitchen, an interior courtyard, a terrace overlooking the majestic Blue Hole lagoon, and a dining pavilion adorned with massive glass walls overlooking the courtyard. Traditional appetizers such as "queso flameado" and "guacamole" are present on the menu as well as a variety of soups and salads. The entrees include "carnitas", which is slow-roasted pork, and "grilled camarones zarandeado", a grilled texas gulf shrimp, and more flavorful Mexican-inspired plates. Happy hour runs 3-6 PM daily.
