The land has been farmed by Brian's family for over 130 years, making it a “Texas Century Ranch as certified by the Texas Department of Agriculture.” It is an organic, sustainable farm producing grass-fed beef, pastured pork and free-roaming chickens that eat only organic, non-GMO feed. Erbe Ranch Mercantile also offer Organic Veggies, Local Honey, Shelled Pecans, Handcrafted Goat Cheese, Preservative-Free Salsa and Handmade Pickles.
