Are you ready for a delicious adventure in the kitchen? If you're 13 years or older, join us for a fantastic pizza night! We'll kick things off by making a super easy, no-knead pizza dough that's bound to impress. But here's the twist – we'll be using the same dough that's been proofing for a whole 18 hours to craft our perfect pizzas. And oh boy, the toppings are where the real fun begins. You'll get to choose from a mouthwatering array of local ingredients like cheeses, sausages, fruits, and veggies to personalize your pizza just the way you like it. And don't worry, we'll show you how to achieve that delectably crispy crust too.
Now, we know safety comes first, so when you arrive at our Cooking School, we'll ask you to sign a waiver. It's a standard procedure to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. And speaking of time, please be punctual – arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins so we can dive right into the culinary fun. For our younger participants aged 13 to 17, make sure you bring along an adult buddy to join in on the excitement. Each attendee needs their own ticket, so be sure to secure yours and embark on a pizza-making journey you won't soon forget.
But that's not all! Our menu doesn't stop at pizza. We'll also whip up a Caesar salad with homemade croutons and dressing – a perfect sidekick to your pizza masterpiece. And as the sweet finale to our culinary escapade, there's a delightful sample of gelato waiting for you.
