Take a trip to Provence, as we guide you through a meal made up of authentic cooking from one of France's most notable regions. Richard Olney, the American cookbook author who found his culinary home in France, captures the essence of meals made by the notable Lulu Peyraud of Domaine Tempier in one of his most well received cookbooks; our instructors will provide tips as they show you how to make each dish.For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine from Provence paired with your meal.ABOUT RICHARD OLNEYArtist and cookbook author, Richard Olney was born and raised in Iowa. He moved to a suburb of Paris in 1951 and then to Provence where he lived the rest of his life. Mr. Olney served as chief consultant on the Time-Life Good Cook series; was the author of  The French Menu Cookbook, which has been called "the best cookbook ever;" Simple French Food; and Lulu's Provencal Table; and was an early proponent of everything local, fresh and seasonal. He contributed a column on food  to Cuisines et Vins de France, the gourmand's bible, for 10 years.
