Fort Bend Coffee Roasters is a small craft roasting company that offers “freshly roasted coffees” that are complex, aromatic, and exciting. Passionate about the science of roasting coffee, the founder - Bryan Hibberd started off roasting beans in small batches in his garage before starting to sell his coffee at a local farmers market. Today, Fort Bend boasts a legit roasting facility and a killer line up of single-origin coffees and espresso blends. They still roast their coffees by hand in small batches and they deliver to other coffee shop and restaurant partners within 24 hrs of roasting. Their new coffee shop serves terrific coffee, some high quality teas, nice pastries, plus some yummy breakfast burritos in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great spot to grab a cup of coffee to go or to hang out!
