Franklin Barbecue makes barbecue six days a week (except Mondays) at the historic East Side of Austin, Texas. Franklin Barbecue prides itself on having the best brisket, and many satisfied, repeat customers are willing to testify that this is true. They start serving at 11 AM and will remain open so long as there is meat to serve, which usually does not last long. Why? Because they are usually sold out by 2 o'clock (or 3) in the afternoon. If you can't make it to Franklin Barbecue's on time (or if you can't make it at all because you live in a different part of the US), don't worry. Franklin Barbecue will ship your barbecue order anywhere in the US.
