David, the current owner of the G and S Groves, bought it in 1967. However, due to active service in the Air Force, he planted the groves in 1994 to fulfill his parent's dreams.
In his retirement in 2006, he decided to manage the grove along with his wife, Beverly. Their son David II and wife Bonnie also helped in managing the farm operations.
In addition to that, the family also bought additional farms with existing groves to expand the farm operation and products to offer.
Currently, they sell Rio red grapefruits, Texas navel oranges, lemons and other varieties of citrus. Check their website to know the best season to buy these!
