The store entices customers with unique products like cheese-wheel cakes and blue cheese-dark chocolate truffles. Their artisanal, gourmet cheese platters are becoming quite well known around town. No two are alike, but all are tasteful in every sense of the word; because they've become so popular, the customers generally wants Gourmage to prepare the platters as "cheesemonger's choice" which means they choose the cheeses on the platter. They also have a small cafe that features dishes crafted from Richardson’s robust selection like gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and Gorgonzola ice cream with candied walnuts. Gourmage also offers several other gourmet goodies including dips, jams, coffee, tea, olives, and more.
