Review of Highland Lakes Farmer’s Market by TexasRealFood

The Highland Lakes Farmer’s Market used to be called the Marble Falls Farmer’s Market. In an effort to improve the old market, the organizers have changed the name and implemented a number of changes. One of these changes included moving to a more centrally located venue that had more parking and more room to grow. Another major change – the implementation of a membership program – allows Personal Members to shop 30 minutes earlier than non-member visitors.

The organizers implemented these and a number of other changes to “plant the seed for a brighter tomorrow”. They also hope to give local vendors and farmers a place to come together and sell directly to the community.

The market is family- and pet-friendly, and opens every Saturday morning from 9am to 12pm.
