A beautiful eight-mile drive north from Weatherford, Tx, Hillside Farm is a small farm under the care of Mark DeChambeau selling large, brown, free-range eggs, fresh goat's milk, raw goat's milk cheese, and gamebird. Moreover, he raises pasture-fed dairy goats, free-range laying hens, free-range royal palm turkeys, and Pyrenees-mix livestock guardian dogs. Currently, he makes about 1.5 lbs of fresh cheese/week and produces three different seasoned varieties, or you can have it plain salted at $3.50 per dozen. Lastly, he prefers people to contact him by phone or stop by. Besides, he's willing to bring items to town if the customer(s) do not wish to drive to the farm.
