A lover of all things spicy, Kid Chef Henry Hummeldorf has developed his own product line of hot sauce at the age of 10, and he named it, "Hot Head Henry." When he started, his goal was to eventually see his products on the shelves at local stores and restaurants. He began by hanging out at the Katy Grand Parkway Farmer's Market on weekends when he is out of school, selling his signature hot sauce, spice rub, and specialty cookies - all created and made by Henry himself. His hot sauce is “incredible and so versatile!” It is spicy without being overwhelmingly hot, and you can put it on everything! Henry competed on “MasterChef Junior Season 6”, representing Katy, Texas in 2018 - something that we should be proud of!
