Owned by Josh Raymer, Joju Bakery Breads sells freshly ground coffee, great coffee drinks, breakfast tacos and “freshly baked artisan breads in Fredericksburg, Texas.” Originally from Austin, Josh trained in Colorado with chefs who believes that “superior taste begins at the farm.” He started baking because he craved for good bread and couldn’t get it where he lived. To this day, Josh sources everything he can locally. The “scallion-pecan bread” with the local pecans is one of the best seller. He makes between “five hundred and six hundred loaves a week” which come out of the oven burnished and smelling divine. Josh Raymer also makes “exceptional wood-fired pizzas,” curing his own pork belly, making sausages, drizzling local olive oil over Hill Country cheeses.
