Their vegetables include Baby carrots, Lettuce Heads, Lettuce Blends, Leeks, Cilantro, Parsley, Collard greens, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Kale, and even Orach. You may be able to see their produce if you visit the Bastrop Farmers Market 1832. They also have seasonal produce including "cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and basil!!"
