Knead Me Bakery is the brainchild of Kristy Tamayo, a wife, and mother who wanted to be sure that the bread she gives to her child is preservative and additive-free. Very vigilant about the ingredients that she uses, Kristy assures her buyers that the "eggs come from pasture-raised, free-range happy hens" and that her recipes contain "unbleached flours, old-fashioned oats, and completely natural yeast" that she developed and cared for herself. This micro-bakery makes her delectable offerings available through personal orders or local farmers markets. Available are sweet and savory bread options, buttery and flaky scones of different flavors, more indulgently sweet treats and tasty items - all these in line with her vision to "make the world a breader place, one loaf a time!"
