Skott and Bryan Knowles are brothers and both share a passion for craft beers. Together with brother-in-law Chaz, the husband of their sister Kristy, they started homebrewing at Bryan’s kitchen. Bit by bit, they’ve expanded their operations to accommodate bigger tanks and capacities. They’ve even thought of knocking down walls in their houses to realize their dreams.
Skott and Bryan Knowles are now deep in the process of realizing Knowles Brothers Craft Brewing’s commercial operations. They’ve been popping up at different events around North Texas, and letting others sample their brews. Their mission is “to brew a wide range of excellent and innovative craft brews”.
