There may not be 200 cows here like it used to be, but the cows under the care of Lavon Farms in Plano, Texas, are enough to make sure Lavon Farms has enough milk for the community. Fresh, delicious, and healthy raw milk is available every day here at the farm store. Most days, there are other items for sale here too, like paneer cheese. Lavon Farms are also active in farm-to-market events to be able to bring fresh, raw milk closer to the people who would enjoy it and benefit from it.
