If you are looking for “healthier options and unique flavors” of home-made jams, made in Denton County, Lea’s kitchen has it! Lea started making home-made jams the summer of 2018 and selling them at the local Community Market. She had an overwhelmingly positive response to her jams. She started with a simple yummy sounding recipe, increase the fruit, halve the sugar and tweak from there! Her soft jams are healthier options due to reduction in sugar and adding more fruit for fiber and flavor. They also made Low Sugar and No Sugar Added options for their diabetic and health conscious customers. Lea’s Kitchen also have a Texas Flair with habanero flavored jams!
