Started by Daniel Baum in August of 2017, Lemma Coffee Roasters has the desire to roast and serve exceptional coffees to their community and beyond. The ideal coffee from Lemma provides an experience while consuming it. Customers loves their “Ethiopia Guji!” Instead of trying to make each coffee resemble each other, Lemma sets out to find the different flavor profiles each coffee has to offer instead of trying to manipulate a coffee into tasting a certain way. At Lemma, they celebrate specialty coffee while creating an experience that is fun, uplifting and doesn’t take itself too seriously. They geek out about coffee, and present it in the most welcoming way possible.
