Cajun Tailgators Cafes brings a taste of Louisiana to Dallas through its mobile food truck and brick and mortar location in downtown Dallas. Cajun Tailgators is the first Cajun mobile food truck in the Dallas area, and their café expands the mobile truck’s offerings by serving up other favorites and specialties. They’ve got gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish dishes, and a whole lot more that are authentic Cajun recipes, including their Crawfish Pistolette, which was rated 28th at the top 100 must eat food in Dallas. Everything they serve was made from scratch and prepared using old school Southern Louisiana style of cooking and made from scratch.
