A neighborhood brewery and restaurant on historic Jefferson Blvd, Small Brewpub specialize in house-brewed beer, signature cocktails, solid new American dishes, and Saturday/Sunday Brunch. They opened in December of 2014 after starting as a group of friends doing beer pop-ups. They eventually grew to become a brewpub serving great food and delicious cocktails in addition to their own craft beers. They have a 5BBL brewery that was built from the ground up out of repurpose dairy tanks by the brewers, Aaron and Primo. Their approach is a little more old fashioned than most, it's very manual and hands-on but that's how they prefer it. Their recipe book is large and taps are always changing. They are not afraid to use wild yeast and bacteria when it suits them and they have a barrel program that is always fun and exciting.
