They also have several venues for weddings or any special events as well as bungalows for overnight guests. With "beautiful location, great Ags and good wine", 2018 Besito, 2018 Blanc Du Bois, 2018 Pinky - Rosè of Black Spanish, 2017 Tempranillo, 2017 Petit Verdot, and 2017 Tannat are the wines they offer. This winery can be your new favorite. They are located on the 290 Wine Trail with spectacular views of the Texas Hill Country.  They have two underground tasting caves too.

1851 Vineyards is a "quaint little winery, family-owned" winery is the closest winery and estate vineyard to Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas and "is a must-see if you come to Fredericksburg". This estate winery that is maintained with the exceptional legacy of the Holliman family also "has some interesting history". You can buy very good wines such as "the estate wines with black labels". They are currently renovating the tasting room and adding new state-of-the-art facilities to accommodate more guests. Have a "fun crash course in the science of winemaking" and you can also adopt a vine or multiple vines in your name or as a gift. For art-lovers, just seeing their displayed arts is really "worth the stop". With "great atmosphere" and "generous samples", the owners make wine from their Estate Tempranillo and Tannat Vines besides purchasing Texas grapes from the hardworking High Plains and Hill Country Farmers. Located just 5 miles west of Johnson City on the 290 Wine Trail, 290 Wine Castle provides "beautiful scenery overlooking the hill country".  When driving in Fredricksburg and you see a "castle off the side of the road", it is suggested to stop and visit the Chateau de Chasse where the owners offer large variety of reds, whites and sparkling wines. "During the warmer months 3 P's in a Vine has a BYOM (bring your own meat)" where you can pair your own grilled food with "one of their great wines" and "you just pay for the wine you drink". They won 1st Place Texas Dry Red Wine at the Sulphur Springs 'Reds, Whites, and Brews Festival. Try their Cabernet Franc which was voted the best red wine by 4 Sommeliers that were flown in from around the country. 3 Texans Winery is a female-owned and family-run vineyard and winery located in Temple, Texas offers "a variety of reds and white wines". To reach this "quaint fun place" that was started back in 2009, "you need to make the short drive out to this vineyard if you are in Temple or Belton". 4.0 Cellars winery is a product of three Texas winemakers – Pat Brennan of Brennan Vineyards, Gene Estes of Lost Oak Winery, and Kim McPherson of McPherson Cellars, who collaborated in 2009 and eventually opened its doors on April 2012. Experience their wine and cheese party pairing that shows "individuality" with "a nice job of balancing" showcasing "highlights from the three wineries". They also "have outdoor activities such as Cornhole and Jenga" and a "nice outdoor space to listen to music" where you can "enjoy your wine, cheese, and chocolate". They managed to have "enough wine servers to offer tastings" especially when their outdoor already "gets pretty busy".

The 6th Street Winery is a wine tasting room and production winery in downtown Wichita Falls. This family-owned winery began with a Wine for Teachers website before offering wines at the farmers market. They do not operate a vineyard but purchases grapes which are processed into a variety of vintages including educator-themed flavors like Class from Hell, White Zinfandel and Sweet Summer Vacation (a sweet white table wine). They have "friendly staff, beautiful space, great vibe and incredible wines" including Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Pinot Noir, red wine blend and Twister Peach and "a delicious cheese and cracker tray" that will surely make you come back.

Spend "an afternoon out" at 7 Creeks Vineyard, this family-owned winery in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This winery is located 50 minutes Northwest of Austin, Texas. They are strategically located in the heart of the burgeoning wine trail of Burnet County. Ab Astris Winery

Ab Astris Winery is a family-owned vineyard and winery established in 2018 and "set off of 290 a mile or two in Stonewall". They have a single windmill overlooking the vines that are planted around the back of their winery. Their "winery is on land from Lyndon B Johnson's original estate". Their "wines are all very good, very smooth" especially the 2015 Tempranillo and 2015 Montepulciano as well as their Roussanne. "Picnic tables under lovely trees" are also available "where you can look out over a pasture full of wildflowers, listen to the birds sing, and shoot the breeze while sipping a quality glass of wine". Alexander Vineyards is a boutique winery that is "an absolute hidden gem that is located right outside of Fredericksburg". When you visit, you will be "skeptical" because of "our tasting room may suck but our wine is great" sign. Two dogs named "Gizmo and Pinot" will also welcome you and "the view outside is gorgeous". They offer the "best selection of new world and old world varietals" including "Bordeaux, Champagne, Rieslings, and Spanish Tempranillos" which you can taste and purchase. "Do not be deceived by the look from the outside" if you want to experience the finest undiscovered wines. You will learn to "love the small and intimate feel of this winery".

Andreucci Wine Room

The art of winemaking has been passed down for two and a quarter centuries. Some of the wine labels in the Andreucci Wine Room even had a reproduction of the receipt issued by the French Army when they purchased from the Andreucci family for Napoleon's troops. This is proof that they had a reputation for making exceptional wines. This is "not a Texas wine" place but the "ambiance and great wine selections on the east end of Main Street" will make "Red Wine lovers" return "but white wine drinkers will be equally happy". The "Italian waiters added a sense of being in Tuscany" and the "food they serve is excellent".

The Angelita Vineyard and Winery with their vineyard is located in Angus just 2 miles off I-45 exit 225, 45 minutes south of Dallas, just outside of Corsicana. You will "love the hospitality and southern charm" when you visit especially "if you enjoy wine" and want to have "a quiet relaxing experience". "Stopped here for a couple of hours" and try their own "Blanc du Bois Reserve that has a great flavor". Arché

Arché winery and vineyard is located near Saint Jo in the Red River Valley and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and rolling hills. "The place looks very classy with a down-home feel once you walk in".Their winery was named from the Greek word Arché (pronounced as Arkay) which means beginning or origin because the owners are the first generation of their family to make wine. The "spacious and comfortable" tasting room "has a panoramic view of their vineyards and the Red River Valley". This winery also has a wine club called Club 228 and the reason is that the winery is located on 228 Wagner Road. An added attraction is the "racing bikes around you can look at".

Opened on Valentine's Day 2019, the Axis Winery is easy to find on Main Street. "Great location and convenient to local eateries and breweries". The "beautiful little restored cabin was a perfect setting" while relaxing with a glass of wine and "dogs come to visit you while you drink wine". You can also buy a cheese and meat tray to pair with your wine. "Owners are incredibly helpful and friendly" on this "quaint" place that also "has amazing acoustics". There is also a gift shop where you can buy Axis Winery 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, wine glasses, serving platters, and other wine accessories.

The Bar Z Winery tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday "right by Palo Duro Canyon state park which is a must-see". Their location is "right off of I27 between Lubbock & Amarillo". This "wonderful boutique winery" offer award-winning 100% Texas wine by the glass, bottle or flight. "Very comfortable atmosphere, extremely friendly service" and the owners "are dog-friendly" too.  This place "specializes in dry, red wine" such as the Pinot Noir and Tempranillo but they also have white wines such as the "Howling Cow".
