The husband and wife initially envisioned the brewery as “Denton’s second living room”, where Denton residents can “(hang) out on your couch”. These days, they call it Denton’s “adult playground (with) board games, trivia nights, delicious appetizers, and the coolest bar staff”. The brewery has been serving craft beers “born and brewed in Denton” since 2017. Besides their house brews, they also serve a selection of wine, sake, ciders, and beers from other local breweries. For $1,000, customers can buy a “Biersal”. With reference to German mythical folklore, Biersal members get a free beer for life. The “Augustine – The Extended Experience” at $295, meanwhile, gives members discounts to beers and early access to new beer releases, among other benefits.
