Milersview was originally named for Edward D. Muller who was one of the town’s founders along with Henry Barr. The community’s post office was established in 1903. The city’s peak population was around three hundred residents in the 1930s before the fall due to the Great Depression, it was 100 at some point in the 1930s but rose back up to 250 at the end of the Great Depression. The town had a low population of 75 people in the town in the 1970s and has risen back up 198 residents as of the 2010 census. The town is an unincorporated community situated in Concho County in Texas. Students of Milersview attend their classes in Eden.
