Baa Baa Brewhouse

Craft Brewery in Brookshire - 11.72 mi

Baa Baa Brewhouse owners Marcus and Kinga Wunderle have fond memories of childhood nursery rhymes. They established in April 2016 a very family- and pet-friendly nano-brewery in Brookshire. There are toys and an extensive play area for the kids, and treats made from spent grains for four-legged friends. The brewery itself has a very relaxed and casual atmosphere with several picnic tables for their patrons. It is also available for special events. Aside from this, it is also a "small spot packed with great beer and an amazing staff". Also offers "absolutely delicious beers! Though beer is a bit of a strange way to describe what they've got going on with some of their offerings. For starters, there are a few beer-beers: a blonde, kolesch, and several varieties of stouts. Each good in their own right, but the beers that set Baa Baa apart are their fruited sours".

Braman Winery

Craft Brewery in Richmond - 12.50 mi

Braman Winery is a combined winery and brewery that has a "rustic, industrial, and masculine" environment on a "large building with lots of patio seating". The inside has "tv's and tables for relaxing with a bar for wine and a bar for beer" and the outside has "multiple tables for enjoying live music, food, and spirits". "They don't have a kitchen but a food truck is at the entrance or you can bring your food in". "Their beer is really good and their red wine is good" too. You can choose to have some of their wines including "Zinfandel, Riesling, and Cabernet" for a "relaxing night" or just "play Bingo on Thursdays" or attend a "trivia night". "Dogs are more than welcome outside" too.

Fulbrook Ale Works

Craft Brewery in Richmond - 13.58 mi

Together with partners Jeffrey Hajovsky, Jeremy Hajovsky, and Patrick Ivey, Jeremiah Ivey founded Fulbrook Ale Works. A U.S. Army combat veteran, he is also the head brewer for this young brewery located in Richmond. The brewery started operations in February 2018 after purchasing the brewery and taproom of Texian Brewing in August 2017. The two companies have since entered into a contracted brewing arrangement. Open 7 days a week, Fulbrook’s taproom is great for guests with kids and pets. It currently features a lineup of six beers, and owing to Ivey’s background, all have military-themed names. The brewery and taproom accepts reservations for events as well.

No Label Brewing Co

Craft Brewery in Katy - 15.68 mi

Located in the heart of Katy, Texas, No Label Brewing Company is one of Houston area's first breweries that offers a variety of craft beers 7 days a week in an “energetic, family friendly, and dog friendly atmosphere.” There have some experimental, higher alcohol limited-edition brews known as their Off Label. They have a large outdoor and indoor space and some arcade games for entertainment. Their picnic-table-filled courtyard is strategically positioned for optimal shade, be it underneath the awning, shaded by some oak trees or under the silos. The taproom is not air-conditioned, but large industrial fans diminish the Texas heat as much. Current offerings include Belgo Black, Belgian dubbel; Cape Comorin, dry hopped double IPA; ’16 ProAm – 2 Versions, Belgian trippel; Sittin’ Sidehaze, and New England-style IPA.
