It has a median income of 38.000 and the CDP takes up 1.6 square miles all of which are land. The town was started on the 4th of July 1931. A few essential businesses have been started right away as soon as the city was operational. Most of them are still there and operational. The city also has a local high school that was opened in the 1930s.
