Edgewise Eight Brewing is “a startup brewery” that started operations in 2018. Founded by Barney Ellis and his two sons, Colt and Clif, the three family members were avid former homebrewers. Between them, they’ve been winning awards for their beers since 2016, including a first place finish at the 2016 Great American Beer Festival. In their website bio, they proclaim that they are “hell bent” on producing the highest quality beers. With the many awards they’ve won, it seems they’re on track. The next step would be to open the brewery’s own taproom to add to their production facility. That just might come soon. In August 2019, the city of Weatherford offered the brewery a downtown space on Weatherford’s North Main Street. For now, get their award-winning beers at bars and pubs around Weatherford and Fort Worth.

Located in the Shops at Willow Park, Parker County Brewing Company is the “first brewery in the county” since the 1800s. They have a great selection of award winning hand crafted beers brewed on-site, right here, in Parker County Texas. No matter what your favorite brew is, they have something that will make you happy! Born in upstate NY, Owner Josh moved to Texas and started home brewing almost immediately. After over a decade, he partnered up with Ryan Stewart and opened, the Parker County Brewing Company. Ryan began brewing 10 years ago and after perfecting recipes on his 10gal system, he made the official jump to be the head brewer of the company. In addition to their handcrafted beers, Parker County Brewing Company also makes the finest Neapolitan pizza in the county! All pizza on the menu are handmade using only the finest imported ingredients.

John and Candy Townsend are the founders of Walking Beam Brewing Company, a nano brewpub in Bridgeport. Walking Beam Brewing Co crafts a variety of styles including several gluten-free recipes. John experiments with grains like millet due to Candace’s gluten intolerance. They also brew in small quantities so drop by often. To pair with the beers, the pub also serves pizzas and other pub grubs. "The food is good, the beer is cold, and the service is great". Also, "the prices are reasonable". "It is a family-friendly environment but also a good place to meet friends or watch a game and unwind". "The place is immaculate, the background music just right and not too loud, the tv's on the wall showing sports but no loud sports coverage for it did not come across as a sports bar at all". Panther Island Brewing is a family own and operated microbrewery that was born and raised in Panther City. It became a reality in December 9, 2014 with the support of friends and family. It started out as a “passion for craft beer and a fascination for home brewing” that eventually grew into a full scale brewery. They have a tap room that offers local live music, great variety of food trucks with amazing food, lots of games for entertainment, a huge TV to watch the game, and a beautiful view of Downtown from their patio. Fort Worth is the home of Panther Island Brewing company and they love giving back to the community while doing something they love.
