Their deer processing area follows the same standard of sanitation as their state inspected meat processing area. “The deer you bring in is the deer you take home.” M&M Butcher Block also prepares “center of the plate item for your convenience!” Some of their selection includes Stuffed Pork Choppers, Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, Stuffed Chicken, Marinated Fajitas, and Sirloin Beef K-bobs.
